all in all, it was nice base for travelling to florence. food was freshly made, staff was very friendly and caring. the venue was set in the central position next to all the touristic attractions, the duomo and many restaurants and bars.

The rooms were a good size and had everything you might need. It was great that they had hypoallergenic pillows 🌿. the bed was super clean, and there were cool extras like a multi-channel TV, a spot to dine, and a cozy seating area. the best part was how central it was located, just perfect for everything around.

It's a nice place to stay with caring staff, a friendly host, and a restaurant that serves fresh food.

The room in the upstairs mezzanine. There were Wi-Fi and a kitchen provided. The location was very central, near to restaurants and shopping. We found nice Muse Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

There are plenty of dining options with fresh food, and the location is ideal, being close to restaurants and just a short distance from the historic center and all the city's main attractions.

our second stay in florence was even better than the first. santa croce exclusive exceeded our expectations with its central location, charming building, and comfortable amenities. we couldn't have asked for a better place!

The cleanliness of the room was a disappointment.

We truly enjoyed Florence. The hotel was ideal, so close to everything. The deluxe apartment with an exterior private bathroom was ready when we arrived. We had coffee/tea making machines, a fridge, and a stovetop. The venue had an amazing and fantastic location very close to an L-shaped square.

The location was mind-blowing, with the jaw-dropping Santa Croce Basilica just a stone's throw away. The check-in and check-out process were super easy and quick, allowing us to start enjoying our vacation right away. The apartment was spacious and had a cool loft/library area, with an elevator that opens into the dining room. The staff were outstanding and very attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a washer, and there was plenty of storage space. The view of the street was nice, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxing. a fantastic stay with top-notch service and amenities.

The hotel is set in a very nice area, close to museums and supermarkets. The staff was helpful and super-friendly, with some of them being especially friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was spacious. The location is wonderful, just 500 feet away from a prominent art museum.
